What You'll Do:

Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and offer tailored solutions Educate clients on financial concepts such as budgeting, debt management, life insurance, and retirement strategies Obtain and maintain required state licenses (Life, SIE, Series 6, Series 63) -- fees are covered for qualified candidates Build and maintain long-term client relationships Participate in ongoing professional development and training

What We're Looking For:

18+ years old and able to pass a background check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn No prior financial services experience required -- full training provided

Pay:

Commission-based. Annual earnings for top-performing Financial Services Representatives range from approximately $47,600 to $57,3000. Earnings are not guaranteed and vary based on individual performance and licensing attainment.

Pay: $47,637.37 - $57,369.74 per year
