About the Role:



We're seeking a competitive producer who can transform leads into lasting customer relationships. You'll leverage your insurance knowledge to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions while contributing to our agency's strategic goals.



Key Requirements:



Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses Excellent written, verbal, and auditory communication skills Self-motivated and dedicated to exceptional customer service Ability to effectively connect with customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
Desired Experience:



Previous sales or insurance experience preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Experience in customer relationship management

$40,000 - $60,000 per year (including commission and bonus potential)
