We're partnering with a

large, multi-entity organization

that is expanding its corporate accounting function and adding a

Financial Reporting Manager

to support high-visibility initiatives, complex reporting, and future leadership succession.

This role is ideal for someone coming from

Big Four audit

public accounting

corporate reporting team

What You'll Do

? Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
? Prepare & review consolidated financial statements and internal reporting packages
? Support technical accounting research and implement new guidance (ASC 606, 842, 805, etc.)
? Strengthen internal controls, SOX processes, and accounting governance
? Work closely with FP&A, operations, finance leadership, and external auditors
? Participate in systems/process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements
? Assist in audit coordination and ensure high-quality documentation and controls
? Support special initiatives, including acquisitions, integrations, and financial modeling

Ideal BackgroundRequired:

Bachelor's in Accounting (CPA strongly preferred)

4-8 years

in Big Four, public accounting, or corporate financial reporting Strong GAAP knowledge, consolidations, close process, and technical accounting Experience preparing or reviewing financial statements and disclosures

Preferred (but not required):

Multi-entity or multi-location corporate structures Exposure to regulated environments or audit-heavy organizations Experience with ERP transitions or system improvements Supervisory or mentoring experience
