Financial Planning & Data Analyst

who can connect the dots between numbers and strategy - someone who thrives in a hands-on, data-driven, mission-led environment.

What You'll Do

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Build and maintain financial models for forecasting revenue, cash flow, and operating expenses. Create and present monthly and quarterly performance reports across DTC, Amazon, and retail. Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to guide key business decisions. Analyze unit economics (CAC, LTV, margins) to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.

Data Analytics & Insights:

Build and automate dashboards to track KPIs across marketing, operations, and sales. Integrate data from Shopify, Amazon, QuickBooks, Meta Ads, and GA4 into unified reporting views. Conduct retention, cohort, and funnel analyses to identify growth opportunities. Work cross-functionally to translate data into actionable business insights.

Accounting & Financial Operations Oversight:

Act as the internal liaison for our external

accounting firm, CPA, and sales tax partners

. Review monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and close reports for accuracy. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data for bookkeeping, tax filings, and compliance. Support cash flow management, expense tracking, and variance analysis. Help streamline financial processes and improve internal financial reporting.

Who You Are

3-6 years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, or finance - ideally within CPG, DTC, or eCommerce. Strong financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with subscription revenue models. Familiar with accounting workflows and comfortable overseeing external financial partners. Deep understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Analytical, proactive, and highly organized - you love turning messy data into clear insights. Excellent communicator who can translate numbers into strategy. Mission-driven and excited to work in-person with a small, high-performing team.
