Are you ready to help build the financial backbone of a fast-scaling vacation rental business? We're a PE-backed company in the acquisition phase, and we're looking for a Manager, FP&A, to join our high-impact finance team.



This role offers a unique opportunity to shape financial strategy, drive insights, and support operational excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities:



Financial forecasting and modeling support Monthly management reporting Planning consolidation Variance analysis Business and department support (P&L and spend analysis, investment support) Cash flow, capital expenditure, and balance sheet projections and analysis Support business with staffing and projection tools Budget management support BI and KPI reporting, in conjunction with Revenue team, including systems data reporting and analysis Bookings pacing reporting support Unit and business area profitability analysis Lender reporting Acquisition projections and analysis support Other financial analysis as required

What You Bring



Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field 57 years' experience (could be 35 based on type of experience) Reporting & Analysis MOS Certification Recommended o Experience preparing monthly financial reporting Ability to analyze and explain variances oComfort with P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet financial statements Microsoft suite proficiency (especially Excel), Financial systems experience, Strong analytical skills, Attention to detail focus, Effective communication skills (verbal and written), Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meeting deadlines, Strong partner with the business.
