As a Financial Investment Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support, managing client data, and ensuring the team's overall efficiency. You will work closely with Advisors, Service Advisors, and other team members to help maintain smooth operations and enhance and nurture client relationships.

Client Relationship Management:
+ Build and nurture relationships with clients and team members, serving as a key point of contact between advisors, prospects, and clients.
Communication Management:
+ Handle internal and external communications, including managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence to ensure timely dissemination of information.
+ Follow up with clients and serve as primary liaison with investment companies to ensure exceptional client service
+ Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of the investment advisor and the clients to meet or exceed expectations
Administrative Task & Project Management
+ Maintain and manage client account records, ensuring all paperwork is processed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Input and maintain accurate investment-related data and prepare necessary documentation for new accounts and account maintenance.
+ Complete and submit all forms accurately within one business day.
+ Manage electronic client correspondence, agreements, and all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Track pending business paperwork, update the advisor on outstanding documents, and maintain daily records of all outstanding work.
+ Update the CRM system regularly to ensure accurate and current client information.
+ Schedule and plan client meetings using the CRM system, with a thorough understanding of the advisor's requirements for each meeting.
+ Collaborate with team members on various tasks and projects to support overall team objectives.
Compliance & Industry Awareness:
+ Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and service enhancements by reviewing relevant communications and updates.
+ Ensure compliance with all FINRA and SEC requirements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
Education, Experience & Licensing:
Associate's, Bachelor's, or advanced degree in Business/Finance, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience in financial services or professional administrative support, with an emphasis on supporting multiple team members.
Industry experience preferred, with a FINRA Series SIE, Series 65, and Series 66 preferred, or willingness to obtain FINRA Series SIE, Series 65, and Series 66 within 6-12 months of employment

Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and quick to learn new software systems.
Exceptional math calculation skills
Excellent proofreading and document preparation skills.
Soft Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities efficiently, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
