Financial Controller
Job Description
Our team is seeking a detailed-oriented, Senior Level Controller who will be responsible for financial operations and reporting for multiple small entities. Job responsibilities will include: financial reporting and tax readiness; budgeting and forecasting; oversite of AR, AP, payroll processing; credit card entries; oversight of audits; cash flow management; reconciliation of accounts.
A successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA preferred
10+ years experience as Controller or in performing the functions listed above.
Proven experience maintaining records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring tax compliance.
Strong proficiency with accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks) and Microsoft Excel
Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A trustworthy and ethical professional who can handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
Position is considered Full-Time, with a Monday-Friday work schedule.

Work Location: Pathfinder Inspections and Field Services, LLC's Gillette, WY office.
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
