Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions including general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing using advanced accounting software. Ensure adherence to regulatory reporting standards and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Oversee balance sheet reconciliation processes, double-entry bookkeeping practices, and cash management activities to maintain financial integrity. Lead the preparation of detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements that clearly communicate financial health and insights for decision-making. Develop and monitor forecasts and financial analysis to support strategic planning and operational efficiency. Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes by leveraging technical accounting expertise and innovative financial management tools.

Qualifications

Proven experience in accounting leadership roles with comprehensive knowledge of GAAP. Strong technical skills in financial software ; proficiency in financial report writing and analysis tools is essential. Demonstrated expertise in cash management, account reconciliation (including balance sheet reconciliation), payroll processing, and account analysis. Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles along with experience managing accounts payable and receivable functions. Excellent financial acumen combined with the ability to interpret complex financial concepts into clear reports for diverse audiences. Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity in all work outputs. Maintain financial and Human Resource Metrics Review and approve customer quotes for accuracy and completeness Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
