Join our dynamic organization as a Financial Controller, where you will lead the financial management and reporting functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. As a key member of our leadership team, you will champion best practices in financial reporting and internal controls, fostering transparency and accountability across all financial activities. Salary will be based on experience. Background in construction field is required.



Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting standards and maintain adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with precision. Lead the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, statements, and forecasts that provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Conduct cash management activities to optimize business objectives; monitor cash flow projections regularly. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial data; perform regular audits including regulatory and governmental reporting requirements. Support budgeting processes by coordinating with various departments to develop realistic financial plans aligned with organizational goals. Work closely with company leadership, manage accounting team members and handle day to day financial responsibilities.



Extensive knowledge of construction accounting principles including GAAP. Proficiency in construction software such as Computer Ease skills are essential. Demonstrated expertise in cash management, account reconciliation (general ledger reconciliation), and account analysis. Strong understanding of financial concepts like debits & credits, double entry bookkeeping, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Experience managing accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in account reconciliation. Excellent skills in financial report writing that clearly communicate complex data to stakeholders at all levels. Ability to interpret regulatory requirements for reporting purposes and ensure organizational compliance through diligent oversight. Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
