Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Financial Consultant to join our team.

The Financial Consultant will play a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals by providing personalized investment strategies, life and disability insurance, retirement planning, tax efficiency solutions, and overall wealth management guidance.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.

Financial Planning

: Develop and present customized financial plans tailored to individual clients, focusing on wealth accumulation, preservation, and distribution.

Investment Management

: Provide strategic investment recommendations and manage client portfolios to achieve optimal performance while aligning with their objectives.

Retirement Planning

: Guide clients through retirement strategies, including savings plans, Social Security optimization, and income distribution.

Risk Management

: Advise clients on insurance options and risk management strategies to protect their financial well-being.

Markey Analysis

: Stay informed about financial market trends, economic updates, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.

Compliance

: Ensure all recommendations and actions comply with financial regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Business Development

: Network and build new client relationships through referrals, workshops, seminars, and other marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Attributes:



Bachelor's degree is preferred Entrepreneurial ambitions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset History of success in sales, athletics, military, client services, or client-facing roles Insurance License, Series 6, 63, or 7 preferred (or would be willing to obtain upon employment) Desire for continuous learning Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship Proficiency with Microsoft platforms
