Overview

As a

Financial Associate

, you'll play a vital role in helping families and individuals achieve financial independence through proper education, protection, and planning. You'll receive hands-on mentorship and training to become licensed in life insurance and investments, while also learning how to build and lead a team within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Educate clients

on financial concepts such as income protection, debt elimination, savings, and investments.

Help families secure life insurance

and develop customized protection and investment plans.

Guide new associates

through the licensing, onboarding, and training process.

Build and lead a growing team

by identifying and mentoring motivated individuals.

Participate in company training, workshops, and leadership development programs.

Develop business and communication skills

through field training, presentations, and team collaboration.

Assist in community outreach

and financial literacy initiatives to expand market reach.

Qualifications

No prior financial experience required -- full training and licensing support provided. Excellent communication and people skills. Goal-oriented and eager to learn. Must be 18 or older with a valid Social Security Number. Access to a smartphone or computer for virtual meetings.
