Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and reconcile budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare and analyze financial reports. Power BI or other BI tools preferred. Conduct monthly and annual budget vs. expense reviews, variance analyses, and year-end reconciliations. Meet with budget stakeholders to review financial information and promote financial literacy. Work with peers to make financial adjustments and ensure accuracy of transactions. Recommend and implement improvements to departmental process and procedure. Role may evolve with departmental needs. Budget and expense models are undergoing significant changes. This role has the opportunity to help guide future growth.

Financial Analyst, I
