Essential Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans. Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections, to support decision-making processes.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and highlight key performance indicators and variances.
Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actual and budgeted performance. Identify underlying causes and trends, and provide insights to management to support corrective actions.
Analyze costs and expenses across various departments and business units. Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and process optimization.
Develop financial models and scenarios to assess the potential impact of business decisions on financial performance. Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment activities.
Assist in evaluating potential investments, projects, or initiatives. Conduct financial feasibility studies, NPV analysis, and ROI calculations to assess investment opportunities and support decision-making.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by management. Provide insights and recommendations on specific financial issues or challenges facing the organization.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Must have excellent organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CMA) preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
15 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related field.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis techniques.
Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate large datasets and perform complex calculations.
Knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and corporate finance concepts.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to draw meaningful insights from financial data.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

The salary range for this position starts at $72,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
