As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary Finance team of professionals to support, maintain, and enhance TISTA\'s emerging mission. You will join a highly collaborative team focused on delivering high value to its customers. You will work in close cooperation with other developers, engineers, managers and product owners on project teams, as well as work independently on smaller efforts with limited direct supervision.
This person must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and 100% client-focused, with a continuing passion for your profession. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate portfolio of projects for corporate analysis: cost and revenue forecasts, growth, risk, ROI, strategic planning, indirect rates, and analytics
  • Create and maintain an aggregate database of financial information and metrics; research potential software to improve efficiency
  • Responsible for the development and management of financial models, including models in accordance with corporate requirements
  • Work closely with internal clients to obtain appropriate data to complete analysis
  • Develop and present financial data to internal clients and leadership
  • Complete financial analysis tasks to support strategic decisions
  • Promote and ensure compliance with of TISTA\xe2\x80\x99s standard financial, corporate, and project processes
  • Assume hands-on role in maintaining financial models and various other tools
  • Complete Ad Hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • 0-5 years experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Bachelors in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • PMP Preferred
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience in Costpoing preferred
  • Experience in federal government contracting perferred
