General Function



The Finance Analyst supports financial operations for high-risk and complex clients, performing advanced data analysis, reporting, and issue resolution. This role partners closely with Account Managers to support small to large client accounts, ensuring timely research, follow-up, and accurate financial management.

Major Duties & Responsibilities



Communicate daily with internal and external clients via phone and email to research, resolve, or escalate issues promptly. Ensure effective upward and downward communication to keep leaders and team members informed. Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and recommend solutions that support cash application on outstanding balances. Review open receivable trends, including payment frequency and root-cause issues (denials, over/short payments, etc.). Manage and prioritize cash application processes for high-risk accounts. Recommend system or process improvements to increase operational efficiency and accuracy. Maintain accurate financial records for client accounts. Provide reporting to Account Managers, clients, brokers, TPAs, or auditors as requested. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and resolve issues related to high-risk, complex accounts.
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
