The Opportunity:
We are looking for an entry-level Financial Advisor to join our growing team at Spectrum Financial Group. We offer comprehensive training for this position, so no prior experience is necessary.
Job Responsibilities:

• Help clients evaluate their financial goals and objectives
• Conduct financial feasibility analyses and make appropriate recommendations
• Develop and implement investment plans and strategies
• Conduct effective client meetings and build relationships
• Continuously keep updated on financial markets and products

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.)

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior experience in financial services
• Series 7 and/or 66 Licensure
• Clients referral book leading to growth opportunities
• Strong passion for investing and financial planning
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients
