Job Description

Leprino Foods is seeking Finance Leadership Development Trainees to participate in our 24-month intensive program where you will learn the ins-and-outs of finance, accounting, and an in-depth understanding of our modern manufacturing practices. Upon successful completion of the program, your first role will automatically be in Denver, or you may choose to remain at any one of our ten manufacturing facilities located in California, New Mexico, Michigan, New York, Texas, or Colorado.
At Leprino Foods, all trainees will start at a base salary of $60,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.
Trainee Responsibilities:

• Develops skills through analysis of business and operational results.
• Supports development of annual budgets and performs periodic variance analysis of actual results.
• Supports risk assessments associated with various business and investment decisions.
• Performs root cause analysis/troubleshooting.
• Presents analysis and recommendations to business leadership.
• Rotations are primarily learning focused \xe2\x80\x93 complete learning objectives for each rotation.
• Presents findings to the Finance Leadership team following completion of each plant rotation.
• Learns how to translate key manufacturing and business processes into financial and operational results.
• Learns Leprino Foods business systems, including SAP, BI, and various reporting tools.
• Supports month\xe2\x80\x90end close activities during rotations.
• Be humble, inquisitive, patient, collaborative, innovative, results-oriented, and resilient - the DNA of a Leprino employee.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

• A Bachelor of Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Geographic flexibility and a willingness to relocate upon graduation of the program.
• The authorization to work for ANY employer in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

• Previous internship experience related to Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• A strong interest in working at a manufacturing facility in a finance or accounting role.
