MTF Finance is no ordinary finance company, we\'re looking for an extraordinary team member who has a passion for sales, lending, and customer service, with a desire to develop a career in the finance industry. This role offers you the opportunity to advance your finance sales career or to start an exciting new direction with a dedicated and high-performing team that rises to any challenge. You will be responsible for providing lending support from the application process through to loan generation. Working with the customer from first point of contact, you will seek to understand the customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs, adopting the applicable products, and completing the loan documents. You will build positive relationships with customers throughout their loan journey and create further opportunities within your own networks, along with supporting other team members. About you:

• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 sales and/or customer service experience
• An excellent communicator who enjoys interacting with customers and has a flexible approach when offering lending solutions
• Bundles of enthusiasm with a professional and friendly manner
• A strong sales background, work ethic and a proven sales closer
• Community spirit, with an active involvement in the local Christchurch community
• Drive to go out into the community and seek new business
• A sound understanding of consumer credit and knowledge of associated legislation (CCCFA & AML/CFT)
• Confidence working with numbers and budgets
• A self-managed attitude towards creating opportunities and reaching goals, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
