Job Description

Ease is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to add to our growing team. In this role, you will be working closely with the Sales team throughout the sales process. You will be responsible for managing the SFDC platform throughout the sales cycle, ensuring accurate pipeline and customer information and analyzing and evaluating data in order to determine the best sales practices in areas such as pricing, pipeline analysis, and deal conversion rates.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize sales operations processes
• Assist in lead management
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities and create reports to track progress and performance
• Manage and maintain SFDC pipeline related information including accurate customer and sales records
• Create and manage weekly pipeline dashboards
• Create and manage bi-weekly sales reports
• Manage and maintain the CPQ system
• Assist with producing customer configurations and quotations
• Assist in tracking and managing sales orders
• Manage the closed deal paperwork and interface with finance for billings

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• Experience using SFDC CRM
• Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar roles, specifically with SaaS software companies
• Highly skilled in MS Office Applications, Excel in particular
• Possess an analytical mind as well as commercial acumen
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders
