The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all financial records of the organization. This role ensures accuracy in payroll, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, and other financial tasks. The Finance Manager plays a vital role in supporting the mission of the organization by managing resources with integrity, transparency, and efficiency. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of accounts
Prepare and maintain financial reports to support organizational decision-making
Ensure compliance with standard bookkeeping and accounting practices
Collaborate with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for financial sustainability
Support audits and ensure proper documentation of financial activities
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive financial information
Qualifications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
General knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices required
College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
