Finance Manager

to oversee all financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain strong internal controls.


This key leadership role will collaborate with senior management to develop strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and support sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and passionate about guiding teams toward excellence in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership



Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. Provide guidance, training, and professional development to direct reports.

Financial Oversight & Reporting



Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

Budgeting & Forecasting



Develop and manage company budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with department leaders to align financial plans with business goals.

Internal Controls & Compliance



Implement and monitor internal controls to maintain data integrity and prevent discrepancies. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and audits.

Cash Flow & Strategy



Manage cash flow, including receivables, payables, and investments. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.

Process Improvement & Systems Management



Evaluate and enhance accounting systems for efficiency and accuracy. Lead implementation or upgrades of ERP or financial software.

Audit & Tax



Serve as the main contact for external auditors and tax consultants. Ensure timely and compliant tax filings.

Collaboration & Communication



Partner with executives and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives. Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Advanced proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP). Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Bilingual - English and Spanish.

Preferred:



MBA or Master's in Finance or Accounting. CPA, CFA, or other professional certification. Experience in public accounting and/or healthcare industry. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Pay Details:

$36.46 to $44.23 per hour
