What You'll Do

Secure financing and protection products through multiple prime and subprime lenders Present options with clarity, confidence, and professionalism Maintain strong lender relationships and negotiate the best approvals Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant Partner with sales to drive gross and volume targets Lead by example -- setting the tone for excellence, integrity, and results
What We're Looking For

10+ years of proven success in automotive finance (F&I Manager or Director) Deep understanding of automotive lending, credit structures, and compliance Strong menu presentation and closing skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Leadership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment
