We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager (F&I) to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for securing vehicle financing, ensuring deal compliance, and presenting and selling finance and protection products while delivering a smooth and transparent customer experience.
The ideal candidate is confident with customers, detail-oriented with paperwork, and motivated by performance-based income.
Responsibilities
Secure competitive financing approvals through banks and credit unions
Structure cash and finance deals accurately and efficiently
Present and sell finance and protection products (VSC, GAP, etc.)
Maximize product penetration while maintaining a positive customer experience
Ensure all deals meet state and federal compliance requirements
Complete, review, and finalize all finance paperwork
Submit and manage deals through Dealertrack or similar lender platforms
Work closely with the sales team to close deals efficiently
Maintain strong relationships with lending partners
Accurately enter and manage deal information in dealership software/CRM
Requirements
Prior automotive finance or F&I experience preferred
Strong understanding of auto financing, lender guidelines, and compliance
Proven ability to present and sell finance products to customers
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and organization
Proficiency with Dealertrack preferred (or similar platforms)
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced dealership environment
Valid driver's license (required)
