Peoria Nissan is currently accepting applications for a Finance and Insurance Manager. This position offers opportunity for growth within the company and reports directly to the Finance Director. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities.
Full knowledge of bank and credit union programs.
Ability to submit applications for approval as well as negotiate with underwriting for terms that are more favorable.
Ability to have CIT's funded within 3 days maximum
Works with Management & sales staff to maximize gross profit.
Self- starter who requires little guidance.
Can follow company regulations and processes.
Highly ethical.
Has existing Bank relationships
Fluent with ADP, CDK, DealerTrack, CUDL & DealerSocket.
Ability to run an average Gross Dollar per copy of $2,000 minimum
Ability to average 70% minimum ESC penetration.
Ability to average a PPC of $1400 Minimum.
A closer on the Sales floor assisting Sales Managers & Sales staff.
This position is NOT for a person without finance experience within an automotive dealership. The required experience is as follows.
2 years minimum experience, 4 years preferable.
Applicant MUST have working knowledge of SAAS systems listed.
Ability to pass background check & drug screen.
Must be able to start upon acceptance of application.

Pay: $82,500.00 - $200,000.00 per year
