highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager

to join our leadership team.

Job Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial and legal aspects of the vehicle sales process. This includes securing financing, selling F&I products, ensuring compliance, and delivering a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

Secure financing and leasing options through multiple lenders Present and sell F&I products (warranty, protection plans, insurance products, etc.) Ensure 100% compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations Prepare and verify sales contracts and deal jackets for accuracy Maintain lender relationships and stay current on programs Achieve and exceed F&I performance goals Support sales team to ensure smooth and timely deal flow Provide excellent customer service throughout the delivery process

Qualifications

3-5+ years of Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience in a franchised dealership strongly preferred

Proven track record of high performance in F&I Knowledge of lender programs and aftermarket products Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills High level of attention to detail and professionalism Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment CDK or similar DMS experience a plus
