Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused

Automotive Finance Manager

to join our leadership team. This individual will be responsible for presenting financing options, securing approvals, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations--all while delivering a seamless and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Present financing options and extended service products to customers in a clear and ethical manner Work with lenders to obtain competitive financing and lease programs Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (e.g., Truth in Lending, privacy laws) Maintain accurate and complete paperwork for each transaction Train and support sales staff on finance-related products and processes Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and aftermarket product providers

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive finance (F&I) management Proven track record of performance and compliance Strong understanding of automotive sales, finance products, and industry regulations Exceptional communication and customer service skills Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and F&I software Valid driver's license and clean driving record
