DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:
As a Finance Manager at Gwinnett Place Nissan, you will oversee the dealership's customer loan origination and approval process, establish and nurture strong relationships with our lenders, and maintain accurate monthly reports. Your responsibilities also include determining customers' financing needs and exploring payment options, presenting various beneficial products, and ensuring legal and ethical finalization of transactions while meeting financial targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process.
• Establish and maintain strong relations with our lenders.
• Maintain accurate monthly reports.
• Determine the customer's need for financing and explore payment options.
• Foster a positive relationship with customers.
• Present beneficial products offered by the dealership.
• Secure and finalize transactions legally and ethically.
• Meet monthly finance and insurance income targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dealership F&I Department.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• CDK Experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
