We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Finance Manager
to join our car dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maximizing dealership profitability through effective financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the dealership's finance and insurance (F&I) operations.
Present financing options to customers, including loan and lease programs, credit applications, and insurance products.
Collaborate with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions to secure the best financing terms for customers.
Review and verify customer credit applications and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to optimize financing solutions.
Maintain thorough knowledge of automotive financing products, laws, and regulations.
Train and support sales staff on financial products and processes.
Ensure all finance and insurance paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor financial performance metrics and generate reports for dealership management.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide innovative financing solutions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in automotive sales or finance.
Strong understanding of automotive finance, credit, and insurance products.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to financing and insurance.
Proficient with finance software and Microsoft Office.
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.

Projected Total Compensation: $89,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
