We pride ourselves on integrity, transparency, and a team-oriented environment. We're currently seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, accounting, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Work with customers to obtain vehicle financing and insurance options that meet their needs. Secure and maintain relationships with multiple lenders and financial institutions. Prepare, review, and process all finance and lease contracts accurately. Ensure compliance with all dealership, state, and federal guidelines. Present finance and insurance products to customers. Train and support sales staff in structuring profitable, compliant deals. Maintain accurate records, reports, and forecasts of all finance department activity. Assist in improving dealership profitability through strategic finance performance.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive finance. Strong knowledge of F&I products, lending practices, and dealership compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proven ability to build rapport with customers and maintain strong lender relationships. Proficient in dealership management systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
