Parks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Augusta is looking for an experienced

Finance & Insurance Manager

This role requires

previous automotive F&I experience

and a proven ability to structure deals cleanly, manage lender relationships, and maintain full compliance. The right candidate will be organized, motivated, and driven by both performance and people.

Responsibilities

Structure and finalize retail and lease deals accurately and efficiently Secure financing through established lender partners while ensuring compliance Present and sell service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel, and other protection products transparently Review, submit, and fund all deal documentation promptly Partner with sales management to achieve product penetration and PVR goals Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient business office

Requirements

Previous dealership F&I management experience required

Strong understanding of lender programs, compliance, and menu selling Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills High attention to detail and professional integrity Valid driver's license and clean driving record
