Position Summary



Opportunities Unlimited, Inc. (OUI) is seeking a

Finance & Human Resources Manager

to oversee financial operations, payroll, and HR compliance across multiple sites in Lewiston, Idaho. This position plays a key role in ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, and effective internal controls while supporting leadership in a mission-driven nonprofit serving individuals with developmental disabilities.

Professional Requirements



High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred

3-5 years of related experience

in finance, accounting, or HR Combination of education and experience considered Working knowledge of

general ledger accounting and basic accounting principles

Experience preparing

financial statements, budgets, and reports

Knowledge of

payroll and HR compliance

Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and communicate solutions

Pay & Benefits



Salary:

$50,000 annually
