We are seeking an experienced

Finance Director

to lead our financial strategy and operations. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong operational mindset and proven ability to align financial planning with business objectives. The Finance Director will oversee all financial functions, drive efficiency, and provide strategic insights to support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles. Strategic leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals and operational priorities. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to ensure profitability and growth. Partner with operations teams to optimize cost structures, improve margins, and enhance process efficiency. Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and corporate governance standards. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build a high-performing, collaborative culture. Establish KPIs and dashboards to track financial and operational performance. Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership and board members. Monitor liquidity, working capital, and investment strategies to maintain financial health. Drive automation and digital transformation within finance operations. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence strategic decisions. Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel; knowledge of BI tools is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
