Finance Digitization Manager
Job Summary:
The Finance Digitization Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Finance Digitization strategy at Axalta. This role includes assisting the Finance Digitization Director in the prioritization of projects, ensuring projects align with technology that delivers the maximum ROI, and developing enterprise IT strategy that aligns with the overall business data strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and leverage relationships with key Finance team stakeholders and operational teams. Review projects, tasks and deliverables frequently and change priorities or scope in coordination with ever-changing business needs.
• Standardize & drive efficiency in global processes and reporting.
• Interface with various IT teams to implement reporting, analytics, and master data changes. Continuously review and address technical or system gaps for improvement performance.
• Proactively search out and identify new opportunities to innovate, streamline, and optimize the Finance processes with the goal of digital transformation, ease of use, and real-time data availability and delivery on any device to make effective real-time decisions.
• Co-manages with Finance Digitization Director and interacts with IT & 3rd party vendors responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading systems and applications in support of business operations.
• Responsible for functional blue-print creation and proper handoff to offshore technical teams.
• Provide training and support to different levels of the organization so that they can provide first-level issue resolution and feedback through the appropriate channels.
• Prepare and perform end user training, procedural manuals, job aids, & workflow curriculums for all systems.
• Create process and standards for PowerBI, MS Fabric, & related systems including, but not limited to the following: versioning, data schemas, naming standards, data flow processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree. MBA a plus.
• Minimum 8-10 years previous experience as a Business Intelligence/Systems Manager.
• Strong analytical skills, clear thinker with data focused decision making.
• IT savvy with knowledge/focus on master data & data hierarchy structures.
• Results oriented with the sense of urgency to deliver objectives.
• Active listener/communicator who can translate end user requirements into tangible solutions.
• Self-starter and innovator who is excited to operate in the unknown.
• Process focus (Six Sigma, Lean thinking, etc.).
• Open, collaborative, and energizing attitude.

Technical Skills:

• SQL, SSIS, SSMS
• Power BI (preferred), Tableau
• MS Fabric (preferred), Azure, AWS
