As a Finance Data Analyst you will be successful if you are able to proactively partner with our team's stakeholders and find opportunities to add value and efficiency. You will be expected to be an active participant in understanding our stakeholders problems and bring your own ideas, using both your business and technical knowledge, about how to create the best solution to add value.
The Management Reporting team's role is to build and maintain reporting, analytics, automation, and process improvements / solutions for the FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) department and their stakeholders. This role is expected to work with these teams to understand their business problems and brainstorm / "problem solve" solutions with the tools available to our team to add value and efficiency for the company. Typically, these solutions are built and delivered via Microsoft's Power Platform (e.g. Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) and Microsoft O365 although sometimes other tools are used as well (e.g. Python, VBA, etc.).
Your Role and Impact:
As an FP&A Data and Reporting Analyst, you will:

• Support business controllers by delivering the data and reporting needed to steer the business effectively.
• Build and maintain Power BI models and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Manage and refresh data source files and onboard new data sources into reporting environments.
• Maintain financial allocations within the ledger to ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A and finance teams to continuously improve reporting processes and automation.
• Leverage Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to support documentation, presentations, and ad hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new Power BI dashboards and data models, including hierarchies, calculated measures, and Row Level Security (RLS).
• Maintain and enhance existing Power BI reports and models to reflect evolving business needs.
• Refresh and manage data source files and integrate new data sources into reporting pipelines.
• Maintain ledger allocations and ensure consistency across reporting systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for all reporting assets and data flows.
• Support FP&A cycles with timely and accurate reporting.
• Use Excel (Power Query, formulas, pivot tables) for financial modeling and data prep.
• Present findings and insights using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
