:

As the Financial Coordinator for NA Fisheries, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing the finances for all of our divisions. Your bookkeeping, statement and financial report generation, management of A/P and A/R statements, and critical analysis of cash flow, P&Ls, and operational processes will drive the company's key decision-making and play a critical role in its financial success. Considering the importance of this position and its ripple effect on our operations, NA Fisheries needs a highly detail-oriented, well-organized, excellent in math, problem-solving individual capable of balancing multiple responsibilities at once, and who wants to be part of a fun, hardworking, goal-oriented team.

Requirements:

Skilled in mathematics and problem-solving Highly organized, precise, and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking and managing several projects at once Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and comfortable making phone calls Proficient with Google Suite (Google Sheets/Docs), Excel Passion for finance/accounting, problem-solving, and critical analysis

Responsibilities:

Record transactions into our accounting software for bookkeeping Reconcile bank statements Prepare and review A/P and A/R statements Generate outstanding A/R reports for us to retrieve and reduce late payments Ensure consistent and accurate billing to our customers for all divisions Generate a monthly P&L report

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
