Position Title: Finance Associate - Leveraged Finance
Location: Boston, Chicago
Salary Range: $225,000 - $445,000
About the Opportunity
Represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and lenders in leveraged finance transactions. Drafts/reviews credit and service agreements, bond indentures, commitment letters, and related finance documents. Advises on structuring, execution, compliance, and risk mitigation.
REQUIREMENTS :

4-5 years leveraged finance experience at a large law firm
J.D. degree, admission to Massachusetts or Illinois Bar
Strong analytical, drafting, and attention-to-detail skills
