Job Description

Summary:

Works with other team members to produce trailers by assembling parts and subassemblies, and/or completes rigging, assembly and packaging processes according to established operating procedures and/or customer specifications. This position is responsible for maintaining the facilities inside and outside. The position will ensue that all trailers are built properly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Read, learn, understand and interpret blueprints and work instructions, and other instructions written or verbal, to complete assembly of products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards Use a variety of hand and power tools following appropriate methods and procedures to complete mechanical assembly of components or products, and prepare products and other items for shipment Inspect and test parts and products as necessary, during or after assembly, according to established guidelines and quality standards. Maintain the facility by organizing and cleaning final assembly department and any other areas that need attention * Cross Train to all aspects of Finish Department and other departments as needed
