Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Film Producer to oversee the development, production, and post-production of engaging video content. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, creative vision, and technical expertise in video production and editing. This role involves managing all aspects of film projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with client or organizational goals. A background in journalism, social media management, or bilingual translation is a plus, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools.

Duties

Coordinate and supervise all phases of film production, including planning, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production processes. Collaborate with writers, directors, editors, and other creative professionals to develop compelling content. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of finished videos. Oversee editing processes using Adobe Premiere and other editing software to craft polished final products. Utilize Adobe Photoshop for visual enhancements and graphic integration within videos. Develop storyboards and scripts that effectively communicate the intended message or narrative. Manage social media platforms by creating engaging video content and managing social media campaigns. Interpret client briefs or organizational needs to produce relevant content tailored for target audiences. Ensure quality control throughout the production process, maintaining consistency with brand standards. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals. Handle translation or bilingual tasks as needed to reach diverse audiences.

Qualifications

Proven experience in video production, editing, or related fields such as journalism or technical writing. Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and other post-production tools. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with creative teams and clients. Demonstrated writing skills for script development and project documentation. Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual stories. Experience managing social media platforms and creating content optimized for digital distribution. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to expand audience reach and facilitate translation tasks. Knowledge of video editing techniques and post-production workflows is essential. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling excellence. Pay: $23.97 - $28.86 per hour
