Responsibilities:
- Be a productive member of an infrustructure rehabilitation crew of 2-4 people
- Prepping/cleaning concrete, steel and other surfaces for application crew to line with a polyurea/polyurethane product. Prep process incldues use of pressure washer, hydroblaster, sand blasting and other methods
- Act as attendant when other technicians are in confined spaces including, but not limited to, manholes, wet wells and other structures
- Stopping leaks in structures, both in and above ground, by using various tools including hammer drills, grinders and other handtools
- Exposure to outside elements year round in the Rocky Mountain and other territories
- Good physical condition, able to work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to travel 50%-80%
- Valid drivers license with ability to be added to company insurance (minimal violations)
- Understanding of construction sites including OSHA safety requirements
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, including but not limited to manholes, wet wells and tanks
- Motivated, high energy and posses a team first mentality
- Highschool diploma and/or training in skill trade (electrical, concrete, spray/painting)
- Class B CDL not required, but a positive to have
- This position requires weekly regional travel (Rocky Mountain States)
- Home on most weekends, but not guarenteed. Based on project requirements
