FIELD TECHNICIAN-WATER SOLUTIONS PRIMARY PURPOSE: Support the off-loading water trucks, generate truck tickets and reports, provide strong customer service to truck drivers, and general upkeep of the facility. FIELD TECHNICIAN-WATER SOLUTIONS ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Off-load a high volume of water trucks on a daily basis.
• Generate a high volume of truck tickets.
• Maintain daily contact with co-workers and clients to maintain close working relationships and to ensure the reliability of Tallgrass infrastructure is always intact.
• Monitor contract compliance to ensure that facilities are performing satisfactorily and that contract and regulatory requirements are being met.
• Monitor day-to-day operations, safety, environmental compliance, and quality as directed by BNN Management. Responsible for daily reporting requirements.
• Follow preventative maintenance plan and all system integrity testing.
• Deal with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy and professionalism.
• Speak clearly, both in person and by telephone, using a high level of verbal skills and listen carefully.
• Maintain a regular, dependable attendance and a consistently high level of performance.
• Will work non-traditional hours as needed.
• May require supporting multiple locations.
• Maintain a high regard for personal safety, for the safety of company assets and employees, and the general public.
• Other daily, weekly, monthly or special project duties as identified and defined.
• Other duties as assigned.

FIELD TECHNICIAN-WATER SOLUTIONS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION:

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent experience is required.

EXPERIENCE/SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:

• Should have at least six (6) months of experience on projects in Water Related Oilfield Services and Sales.
• Should have understanding and experience with water related projects \xe2\x80\x94 sourcing, pipelines, treatment, and disposal.
• Intermediate proficiency level in MS Office applications that may include but are not limited to Excel and Outlook.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS:

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers (if operating a company vehicle or equipment).

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Experience in compliance with OSHA standards for general industry.
• Oral and written communication.
• Must be able to work with a team, take direction from management, adhere to required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules.
• Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
• Ability to organize and prioritize daily work.
