Field Technician / Laborer Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated

Field Technician / Laborer

who enjoys working outdoors and with their hands. Experience operating tractors or skid steers is a plus, but not required -- we're happy to train the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn a valuable trade, gain hands-on field experience, and grow into a leadership position.

Field Technician / Laborer Responsibilities

Install and maintain erosion control devices (e.g., silt fence, erosion control blankets, wattles, mulch bags, etc.) Operate equipment such as tractors, skid steers, and hand tools (shovels, staple guns, utility knives, etc.) Ensure work meets site specifications and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized job site and properly care for tools and materials Interact professionally with clients, contractors, and teammates Potentially lead a small crew as skills and experience grow Perform additional duties as assigned

Field Technician / Laborer Requirements

Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Valid driver's license and

reliable transportation

to job sites Ability to occasionally work weekends or extended hours as needed Previous construction or fieldwork experience preferred (not required) Must be able to pass a

pre-employment drug test

Field Technician / Laborer Physical Requirements

Full range of motion in upper and lower body Ability to walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs Good vision (distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment)
