Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting and repairing products delivered to clients, as well as performing on-site maintenance and basic repairs for equipment at ESS (Energy Storage System) locations. This role involves both indoor and outdoor work and requires the ability to travel to various client sites, including out-of-state locations.

Key Responsibilities

Performed troubleshooting and root cause analysis for ESS (Energy Storage System) production lines to ensure stable and continuous operations. Diagnosed and resolved mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues occurring during ESS manufacturing and assembly. Supported commissioning, testing, and optimization of ESS production equipment to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Collaborated with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Monitored production performance, identified recurring issues, and proposed process improvements. Provided on-site technical support during line ramp-up, modification, and abnormal operation situations. Documented troubleshooting procedures, failure cases, and resolution results for knowledge sharing and standardization.

Primary Location: 700 N 55th Ave Phoenix, AZ 85043 Travel: This position requires travel for on-site customer service duties and client visits.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; technical certification is a plus. Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge is preferred. Ability to operate and use basic tools and diagnostic equipment. Must possess a valid driver's license Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments.
