What You'll Do
As a Field technician, you'll assist on one of our in-house roofing crews.
General Requirements
Pass background and drug screenings (pre-employment and random) Be at least 18 years old
Trade-Related Responsibilities
Installing roof systems in accordance with Blue Ridge Roofing standards Membrane roofing Metal roofing
Conduct Expectations
Communicate clearly with leadership Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude Treat company tools and equipment with care and accountability
What We're Looking For
Experience in roofing or construction preferred Ability learn and work as a team player Familiarity with safety standards and compliance practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
