Position Overview

AceJan Capital LLC is seeking a qualified Field Technician to perform on-site maintenance, assembly, and repair of machinery and equipment at customer locations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to professionalism and reliability.

Requirements

- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must possess a valid Real ID driver's license issued by the State of Massachusetts.
- Must provide a reliable personal vehicle (vehicle use and fuel will be reimbursed by the company).
- Must be willing to travel to South Carolina for a two-week training program (all expenses paid by the company).

Responsibilities

1. Perform on-site maintenance, assembly, repair, and diagnosis of machinery and equipment.
2. Communicate with the engineering team regarding completed work, required parts, and outstanding tasks.
3. Explain technical issues and solutions clearly to customers in English.
4. Maintain accurate schedules, reports, and documentation of service calls and work performed.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Skilled in the use of power tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Comfortable with email communication, text messaging, phone and video calls, and calendar scheduling.
- Willingness to be on call and respond to emergencies; overtime paid where applicable, including holidays and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and dependability.

Additional Information

This position requires regular travel to customer sites.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
