A-1 Kendrick Fence is looking for a skilled and motivated Field Supervisor to join our team. The right candidate will manage projects, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and meet our high-quality standards. You will oversee multiple teams of field workers to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily walk through of jobs Communicate with field staff Identify and resolve on-site issues Coordination with field staff to meet project deadlines Read and interpret blueprints, specifications and project plans

Qualifications:

High school diploma Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role in construction. Team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving ability Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and travel as needed. Ability to organize work task efficiently
