Field Superintendent - Residential New Construction & Remodeling

We are currently seeking an experienced and organized Field Superintendent to join our team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee daily on-site operations for custom residential homes, ranging from small to large-scale projects, as well as commercial renovations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all phases of the project, from pre-construction to closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, equipment, and labor to keep work flowing smoothly. Develop and maintain project schedules, conduct daily/weekly coordination meetings, and adjust plans to address delays or changes. Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, perform site audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and local codes. Monitor quality control to ensure workmanship meets plans, specifications, and standards. Maintain detailed daily logs, progress reports, photos, and documentation for the project team and stakeholders. Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, or changes quickly and communicate with project managers. Operations Manager, and clients. Oversee punch lists and final inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

-- 5+ years in construction.

Education

-- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Key Skills

-- Strong leadership and communication, problem-solving, time management, knowledge of blueprints/specs, familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6), and physical stamina for outdoor work.

Other

-- Valid driver's license; ability to travel between sites if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
