About the Role

Our Field Success Manager is the steady, encouraging coach for our cleaning techs. Your mission? Support the team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and help every tech feel confident, capable, and cared for.

What You'll Do

Coach, mentor, and support field team members Assist with onboarding, training, and development Handle daily field operations: staging, supplies, readiness Reduce drive time & protect techs' working hours Conduct quality checks & provide real-time coaching Support client communication & resolve concerns Partner with the Customer Relations Coordinator Track performance, maintain checklists, and report to leadership Jump in where needed during busy times

Pay & Benefits

$50,000/year DOE + performance bonuses
