Aspen Healthcare, a trusted home care agency, is seeking a reliable and motivated
Field Staff Coordinator
to support both office operations and field activities. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality care, strong caregiver support, and excellent client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Visit clients in their homes to ensure quality of care.
Support, coach, and monitor caregiving staff.
Ensure accurate use of the telephony timekeeping system.
Assist with staffing needs and fill in for uncovered shifts as needed.
Participate in the on-call rotation (evenings & weekends required).
Maintain accurate documentation and communication with office staff.
Qualifications:
Experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or staffing preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and travel for home visits.
Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
