The ideal candidate will reside in the Southeast part of the US
The Field Services Manager will lead all activities related to supporting the installation of Resilient Systems and One Precision Assemblies by contractors and builders. Role will collaborate with cross-functional team members from contractor engagement, building science, design, engineering, project management, manufacturing, and sales as well as external stakeholders such as customers, building authorities, certification institutions, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. The role will be responsible for the evaluation of job sites for project feasibility; confirming as-built compliance of pre-existing conditions; engaging, training, and overseeing subcontractors across various trades; ensuring the safety and quality of on-site work; and communicating with external customers and stakeholders.
Essential Functions:
Evaluate project sites to identify potential installation challenges.
Develop strong relationships of trust and communication with local building officials.
Identify, evaluate, train, and oversee subcontractors and vendors.
Manage all post-factory steps of project execution for panelized construction projects, including shipping, craning, installation, air/water/moisture sealing, incidental site-built/installed elements, and quality verification.
Regularly communicate project status to and field questions from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Participate in training events and trade shows.

What do you bring?
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Construction Engineering, or related field preferred
15+ years of experience in Residential construction, including project management, construction management, quality assurance, cost/budget management, site evaluation and development, trade selection and management, permitting and inspections, communications with customers and stakeholders.
10+ years of experience Panelized or other Offsite Construction preferred
