We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional technical support across manufacturing facilities. Duties

Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment within manufacturing facilities. Operate various lifting equipment such as scissor lifts to access elevated machinery or components safely. Follow safety protocols rigorously while working. Communicate effectively with team members and customers in English to explain technical issues clearly and provide excellent customer service. You will troubleshoot industrial equipment, mechanism, and mechanical systems. Will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, troubleshooting, installing, and repairing various warehouse and commercial doors; loading docks and dock levelers as well as other related warehouse industrial equipment. You will perform routine preventative maintenance. You must occasionally lift and or move heavy tools, doors, and or equipment. Must have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, service environment Must have a flexible schedule. Travel will be required often.

Experience

Repair and maintenance of warehouse and commercial doors, loading docks, and dock levelers. Needs to know how to operate hand tools, such as drills, screw, guns, grinders, hammer drill, etc. Customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in English. Experience in welding, steel fabrication, and electrical is a huge plus. High school diploma or GED is required. Valid drivers license Will be required within 90 days to get CDL license Must be able to pass Department of Transportation physical (DOT)

Pay: $24.00 per hour
